Medway’s Affordable Housing Trust has a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo available for sale through a lottery process. The unit is located at 4 Kingson Lane (the condominium development off of Summer Street, just past the fire station). Information about the unit, income restrictions for eligibility, required documentation, timelines and more are found in the Application packet.
Time is of the essence! Here’s a snapshot of the timeline.
- Sunday, May 21 – Open House, 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the property (4 Kingson Lane)
- Wednesday, May 31 – Information Session, 6:30 p.m. at the Medway Senior Center, 76 Oakland Street
- Wednesday, June 7 – Application deadline
- Wednesday, June 21 – Lottery, 6:30 p.m. at the Medway Senior Center, 76 Oakland Street
Important: A mortgage pre-approval letter from a Mass Housing approved lender is required to be submitted with the application. The letter must show that the applicant is able to secure a 30-year conventional mortgage. An online mortgage pre-approval will not be accepted.
