BOARD OF DIRECTOR ANNOUNCEMENT

MEDWAY BUSINESS COUNCIL ANNOUNCES NEW SLATE OF OFFICERS FOR 2023-2024

The mission of the Medway Business Council (medwaybusinesscouncil.com) is to promote the business community, provide an opportunity for networking, and provide a voice in town government relations. The organization can only continue to succeed through the involvement of members to serve in leadership.

At the 2023 Medway Business Council annual dinner meeting held May 17, 2023, at Restaurant 45, the organization’s recap of 2023 successes and election of officers was followed by an engaging discussion on “Recruiting and Retaining Great Talent” featuring speaker Karyn Rhodes of Complete Payroll Solutions as well as David Broyles, also of CPS.

Congratulations to the newly elected 2023-2024 slate of officers and directors:

The board would like to express sincere appreciation to Joyce Boiardi, Liz Shea, Kristen Salera, and Wayne Texeira, who will be stepping off the board; and to Julie Dennehy, who is stepping down as President.

According to Ann Sherry, Senior VP of Charles River Bank, “I am excited for this opportunity to serve again as Medway Business Council president and to work with this talented and engaged board of directors to provide new, valuable services and programs for our members. As Julie Dennehy moves to the Past President role on our board, she leaves a lasting positive impact on our town with the #ShopMedway initiative, the creation of the Medway Business Directory, and improved social media promotion of MBC members.  I express our gratitude for her commitment and dedicated work.”
