Chicken Parmigiana: Breaded boneless chicken breast, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, penne

Capellini Richard: Angel hair pasta tossed with stewed tomatoes, fresh basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil and garlic

Baked Haddock: Baked fresh Haddock with a seasoned Ritz cracker crumb topping.
