ANNUAL MEETING:

Medway Business Council By-Laws require MBC to hold an annual meeting in May or June, and require a quorum of 20% of voting members (one per business) to participate in a vote to elect the board.  With COVID-19 and the social distancing that is required of us all, MBC will not hold a traditional Annual Meeting as we have in years past. Instead, we are planning for an online Annual Meeting that members may attend.

The Board is planning for the Annual Meeting to be held in June with the date, time and logistics announced at least 10 days in advance.

When you receive this notice please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend, in these challenging times, we want to ensure that our organization continues to operate and provide resources and support to the Medway Business Community. Member support is essential.

Stay safe and be well.
