MCF Autumn Night Out – October 21 – 7-10PM – Thayer House

Experience the Magic of Autumn Night Out: A Farm to Fork Delight!

As the leaves start to turn, and a crisp breeze fills the air, it’s time to embrace the beauty of fall. Medway Community Farm is delighted to invite you to an evening of culinary delight that promises to be a feast for the senses. Please join us for an “Autumn Night Out” – a Farm to Fork event, hosted by Medway Community Farm on October 21, 2023. The event will feature a delectable assortment of appetizers prepared by local Medway caterers, Aliquot’s.  In addition to great food and friends, we will have live music by Hip Swayers, so bring your dancing shoes. We will have wine, beer, and cider and will introduce two signature cocktails sponsored by Spicy Water Distillery in Millbury. We will also have door prizes and a silent auction to help raise funds for the Farm.

Medway Community Farm (MCF) was founded through grassroots efforts in 2009 with the goal of stewarding land for agricultural and educational purposes. With the support of our community, volunteers, board, and staff, the Farm now occupies 18 acres of growing fields, conservation land, walking trails, and wooded areas.

Through sustainable and organic growing practices, our fields yield fresh vegetables, herbs, and flowers that we provide to Members through a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model as well as to retail customers online, in the Farm Store, and at local Farmers Markets. We are committed to building food access in our area by participating in SNAP & HIP programs, and by donating a portion of the produce we grow to the food pantries at Medway Village Church and Mahan Circle, as well as Medway House Family Shelter.

MCF strives to create a gathering place dedicated to a shared passion for nature, land stewardship, and organic farming by offering meaningful hands-on educational programs and on-farm community events that cater to all ages. Visitors are encouraged to stop by and walk the property using farm roads and walking trails. We also welcome you to reach out and schedule a visit with us.
